Door Fulfillment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Convert door packages into Install Jobs within one business day
• Review jobs for completeness, including PO location, material lists, and scheduling details
• Create and manage purchase orders in ServiceTitan for doors and accessories
• Communicate with vendors to confirm product availability and lead times
• Process warranty, recall, and cancellation requests promptly
• Collaborate with scheduling and procurement teams to prevent installation delays
• Monitor fulfillment KPIs including turnaround time and accuracy rates

Requirements

• 2–4 years in purchasing, order fulfillment, or install coordination
• Experience in trade or construction industry preferred
• Knowledge of garage door components and hardware highly preferred
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (ServiceTitan preferred)
• Competency in Excel and data management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
