Responsibilities

• Enter various data types into the web-based system quickly and accurately
• Run QA/QC checks to detect gaps, unit/timestamp mismatches, and sensor dropouts
• Communicate with customers (RTOC/rig/engineering teams) to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare daily written reports covering operations status and QA/QC findings
• Build and maintain customer dashboards
• Provide testing of staged systems prior to deployment
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and quick-start guides
• Support live operations through night and weekend rotations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (engineering/technical preferred)
• Minimum 5 years in the drilling industry
• Rig site, RTOC, or offshore experience
• Familiarity with WITSML, EDR/rig data systems, and operator systems (OpenWells/WellView/Peloton)
• Basic knowledge of drilling systems data (drillstring, BHA, bits, mud motors, etc.)
• Ability to work nights and weekends in a rotation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify data anomalies

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language knowledge
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, HTML, PowerBi, or Spotfire
