Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dutch or German Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding the best candidates in the consumer services industry who are seeking jobs in their native language, in other countries. As the leading agency for candidates seeking jobs abroad, we specialize in various industries including social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods and platforms.
  • Engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and employers.
  • Provide regular updates to both candidates and employers about the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch or German is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using various recruitment platforms and tools.
  • Experience working with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds is a plus.
