Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for various consumer services positions.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for job requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Utilize various platforms, including social media and job boards, for outreach and candidate engagement.
  • Prepare candidate resumes and profiles for presentation to clients.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
