Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Conduct envisioning discovery workshops and architecture design workshops
• Make technology choices aligned with architectural requirements
• Prepare and define architecture designs to guide business transformation
• Provide proactive support in program and project delivery
• Understand customer operational landscapes for architecture validation
• Stay informed about evolving business technology trends to shape strategic roadmaps
• Optimize business processes for efficiency and effective technology deployment
• Undertake business process design and documentation
• Facilitate agile, innovative projects alongside the main program
• Develop and update internal tools and best practices for the Project team

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or Information Science
• At least 8 years of CRM experience, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or earlier versions
• Experience as an architect on at least 4 international end-to-end CRM implementations
• Expertise in the Microsoft D365 ecosystem and suite of solutions
• Proficiency in Business Requirement Analysis and Architecture Design
• Strong understanding of modern technology concepts and the Microsoft technology platform
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
• Excellent presentation, demonstration, coaching, and mentoring skills

• Experience with intercontinental rollouts
