Dynamics 365 CE Project Operations Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform internationally
• Create high-quality and sustainable client solutions following HSO Project Methodology
• Identify and mitigate business or project risks
• Participate in pre-sales activities and discovery/analysis phases
• Advise customers on industry best practices proactively
• Communicate progress updates to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar
• At least 6 years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
• Deep experience in Dynamics 365 CE Project Operations (WBS, resource scheduling, billing, etc.)
• Proven track record with large-scale, multi-country Project Operations deployments
• Experience with at least one international end-to-end CRM implementation
• Strong analytical, presentation, and demonstration skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages like French, German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Pre-sales experience
• Experience within the Manufacturing or Professional Services industries
