Dynamics 365 Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own sprint delivery in Jira across Dynamics 365 CRM, Field Service, and Business Central ERP
• Run Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Prepare and deliver regular status reporting to product owners and senior management
• Establish delivery metrics such as cycle time and throughput to drive improvement
• Refine AI-assisted requirement drafts into complete user stories with testable acceptance criteria
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sprint activity across all three Dynamics 365 applications

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales/CRM, Field Service, or Business Central)
• Proven project management experience running Agile/Scrum delivery
• Demonstrated business analysis craft in user story writing and requirements refinement
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for work item management and reporting
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in project management and business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 or MB-800
• PMP, CSM, or PSM certifications
• Exposure to ERP/CRM implementations or M&A systems integration
