Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant - Field Service

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams within Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations
• Participate in discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service including work orders, incident types, service agreements, scheduling, and resource management
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers on integrations and customizations
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
• Provide recommendations based on Field Service best practices

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 experience with specialization in Field Service
• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects in a customer-facing consulting environment
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong understanding of field service business processes and operational workflows
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
