E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist

Responsibilities

• Execute clients' lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals
• Lead monthly performance report reviews to highlight wins and recommendations
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives, including strategies, programs, and calendars
• Own client relationships to determine campaign vision and ensure execution
• Ensure timely and successful deployment of targeted email campaigns
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and provide email marketing thought leadership

Requirements

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Klaviyo
• Proven experience leading and executing strategy for e-commerce brands
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, or Braze
• Experience with SMS platforms like Sakari and Attentive
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement
