EAP Counsellor

Responsibilities

• Provide single-session telephonic and video counseling, in-the-moment support, and crisis management in a professional and ethical manner.
• Assess clients thoroughly to determine appropriateness for short-term counseling.
• Manage high-risk calls and work closely with individuals at risk.
• Refer clients to appropriate external resources or internal WPO services as part of a holistic approach.
• Maintain clear clinical and task-oriented documentation within the case management system.
• Deliver administrative support and act as a point of contact for service-related inquiries and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Master's degree in clinical psychology or a related field.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Minimum of 1 year of post-Master's counseling experience.
• Proven experience in solution-focused counseling.
• Strong IT and administrative skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a service center environment.
• Previous experience working for an organization providing listening, counseling, or support services.
