Responsibilities
- Perform planned maintenance, safety, and environmental inspections
- Maintain effective customer relations and daily communications
- Assist experienced technicians with basic and complex repairs
- Document all actions and submit reports according to schedule
- Manage spares, tools, and test equipment calibration
- Maintain approved parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with Health and Human Services and safety requirements
Requirements
- Higher education required
- Two years of experience in a compliance environment
- Proficiency in electronic documentation using PDA and computer skills
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relations
- Willingness to occasionally travel outside of assigned region
