Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform planned maintenance, safety, and environmental inspections
  • Maintain effective customer relations and daily communications
  • Assist experienced technicians with basic and complex repairs
  • Document all actions and submit reports according to schedule
  • Manage spares, tools, and test equipment calibration
  • Maintain approved parts inventory
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Human Services and safety requirements

Requirements

  • Higher education required
  • Two years of experience in a compliance environment
  • Proficiency in electronic documentation using PDA and computer skills
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relations
  • Willingness to occasionally travel outside of assigned region
