Job description

Responsibilities

  • Track daily KPIs critical for business decisions and operational efficiency
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central, including reviewing and resolving cases
  • Oversee Shopify operations and support expansion into new marketplaces like Walmart and TikTok
  • Manage freelancers and virtual assistants for website development and content creation
  • Monitor and optimize supply chain operations and communicate with manufacturers
  • Build and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various team functions
  • Pull financial reports, verify invoices, and assist with financial tasks
  • Monitor marketing performance and ensure core team accountability

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Head of E-commerce Operations or in a similar leadership role
  • Expertise with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Listings
  • Deep proficiency with the Shopify platform
  • Proven experience in Project Management
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on cost efficiency, ROI, and margins

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product development
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC or media buying
