Job description
Responsibilities
- Track daily KPIs critical for business decisions and operational efficiency
- Manage Amazon Seller Central, including reviewing and resolving cases
- Oversee Shopify operations and support expansion into new marketplaces like Walmart and TikTok
- Manage freelancers and virtual assistants for website development and content creation
- Monitor and optimize supply chain operations and communicate with manufacturers
- Build and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various team functions
- Pull financial reports, verify invoices, and assist with financial tasks
- Monitor marketing performance and ensure core team accountability
Requirements
- Previous experience as Head of E-commerce Operations or in a similar leadership role
- Expertise with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Listings
- Deep proficiency with the Shopify platform
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on cost efficiency, ROI, and margins
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product development
- In-depth knowledge of PPC or media buying
Benefits
- Monthly salary of $4,500–$6,500 (gross)
