Ecommerce Operations/Walmart Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Conduct product research, profitability analysis, and market demand studies
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
• Manage day-to-day Walmart ecommerce account operations
• Create, update, and optimize product listings including pricing and descriptions
• Coordinate shipping and logistics from suppliers to fulfillment centers
• Track shipments and resolve operational issues or delays
• Maintain organized records of orders, inventory, and logistics activities
• Propose tools and workflows to improve ecommerce efficiency

Requirements

• 1–4+ years of relevant ecommerce experience
• Hands-on experience managing ecommerce operations
• Strong understanding of Walmart Marketplace
• Proficiency with Walmart, eBay, and Temu platforms
• Experience with product research, sourcing, and supplier communication
• Understanding of ecommerce logistics, shipping, and fulfillment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
