Ecommerce Paid Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Manage significant ad budgets (seven-figure annual Meta spend) including bidding and audience segmentation
• Track and reconcile performance across in-store and online sales channels
• Own paid media reporting using Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms
• Own end-to-end email and SMS strategy in Klaviyo, including automated flows and segmentation
• Plan and execute campaign calendars aligned with promotions and product launches
• Brief and collaborate on creative assets using Canva
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting to leadership

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of overall marketing experience with at least 5 years in ecommerce
• Direct experience managing Meta Ads accounts with annual budgets of $1,000,000+
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Klaviyo
• Proficiency with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution tools
• Experience with Shopify or comparable ecommerce platforms
• Ability to interpret and present cross-platform performance data
• Comfort using Canva for creative direction
