Ecosystem Engineer

About the Company

Ritual is building a sovereign, execution layer for AI, with our private testnet already live and running. The Ritual chain is the first blockchain custom-built to support AI-native operations, designed from the ground up to enable a new class of applications at the intersection of crypto and AI.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own ecosystem growth experiments to optimize developer onboarding and product adoption
• Build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate Ritual's capabilities using the latest frameworks and tools
• Rapidly prototype and validate new integration patterns as novel AI + blockchain technologies emerge
• Create reference implementations and sample applications to showcase infrastructure leverage
• Drive technical partnerships by building demos that highlight unique integration possibilities
• Create technical content and resources to educate developers about Ritual's capabilities

Requirements

• Strong engineering foundation with expertise in TypeScript and/or Python
• Deep understanding of the AI + blockchain ecosystem and emerging frameworks
• Experience building with autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM smart contract development
• Proficiency with web3 development tools and libraries such as Ethers, Viem, or Foundry
• Ability to work autonomously and act quickly under high pressure scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in developer relations or developer advocacy
• Track record of contributing to or maintaining open-source projects
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Understanding of distributed systems and blockchain architecture
• Previous experience at a web3 company
