Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer experience through onboarding, training, and daily support
  • Utilize QBRs and satisfaction surveys to forecast renewals and identify expansion opportunities
  • Manage technical integration processes and optimize workflows using project management tools
  • Identify and recruit projects and power users for real-time streaming data
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for key verticals like DEX bots and gaming engines
  • Engage in crypto-native spaces such as Telegram, Farcaster, and Discord to attract prospects
  • Develop sales-driven partnership announcements and customer-focused content
  • Generate leads through outbound efforts and conduct qualification calls
  • Maintain CRM with up-to-date information and health scores

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Active involvement in the Web3 space
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences
  • Strong strategic thinking and business-to-technology translation skills
