EDD Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Complete EDD reviews for assigned periodic and event driven alerts within a designated timeframe
• Conduct open-source data searches to gather and analyze information about customers and business partners
• Analyze transactional data to identify potential red flags or inconsistencies
• Organize and synthesize information into clear evaluations and recommended actions
• Prepare detailed customer narratives for auditors and regulators
• Escalate identified financial crimes red flags and unusual activity
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of BSA/AML compliance experience in financial services
• Direct experience conducting EDD reviews on high-risk customers
• Experience analyzing complex ownership structures
• Understanding of financial crimes risks and red flag indicators
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CAMS, CFCS, or CFE
• Experience in BaaS/fintech, prepaid/issuing, or MSBs
• Experience supporting SAR investigations
• Experience with Actimize or comparable case management tools
• Experience with audit or exam readiness activities
