EDGAR Filing Agent

Responsibilities

• Convert and submit level 1-2 EDGAR filings independently and level 3 filings with guidance
• Convert documents to EDGAR acceptable formats and submit to SEC on schedule
• Facilitate advance payment of filing fees with clients
• Maintain iXBRL trackers to ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide daily logs of pending and filed jobs and EWFS to billing department
• Assist with maintaining summary prospectus websites
• Train junior associates on conversion techniques, policies, and procedures
• Act as a direct point of contact for clients regarding filing services

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience working with SEC EDGAR filings
• Experience with a typesetter
• Proficiency with Novaworks GoFiler or similar software
• Well-versed in all Risk Return submission types
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
