EDI Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities to respond to customer inquiries
• Provide ongoing support via the EDI help desk platform for clearinghouse rejections and EDI rules
• Represent EDI/Enrollment topics directly to clients in onboarding and ad hoc meetings
• Audit existing processes to identify opportunities to use AI to accelerate EDI workflows
• Support EDI engineering ticket creation, review, and prioritization

Requirements

• Experience as a Rehab Clinician (SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or PTA)
• Highly analytical mindset with superior troubleshooting and testing abilities
• High proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior startup and/or B2B SaaS technology organization experience
• Experience in clinical development or medical billing operations
• 1-3 years of experience on a Support or CX Team
