EDI Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, guiding them through EDI testing and configuration
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Development teams to ensure seamless integration of customer EDI requirements
• Oversee and manage partners for outsourced EDI onboarding
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to provide strategic guidance
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources for successful onboarding
• Provide training and technical troubleshooting support for the Pipe17 platform
• Act as a customer advocate to inform product development and enhancement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or project management within the e-commerce industry
• Solid understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and standards
• Experience in onboarding and managing EDI implementations
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of integration technologies
• AI fluency and experience using AI tooling for work efficiency
