Education Counselor

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized education counseling and academic planning to students.
• Assess student interests, strengths, and career goals.
• Offer expert guidance on higher education pathways, diploma programs, certifications, and university admissions.
• Guide students through the admission process in UAE institutions and international universities.
• Assist with application forms, documentation, eligibility criteria, and visa processes (if applicable).
• Follow up with students to ensure successful enrollment.
• Manage incoming leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.
• Provide professional career counseling services.
• Advise students on study abroad programs, scholarships, and international education opportunities.
• Conduct orientation sessions and educational workshops.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Deliver exceptional student support services.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Education Counselor, Admission Consultant, Academic Advisor, or Student Recruitment Officer in Dubai or UAE.
• Experience in education consultancy or higher education sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE education system and international universities
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Proven ability to meet enrollment and sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced education consultancy environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Career Counseling or Academic Advising
• Experience in study abroad consulting or overseas education services
• Knowledge of student visa processing and international admissions
