Education Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Softr video library and academy, including curriculum development, scripting, and shooting tutorials.
• Plan, host, and execute regular educational workshops for partners, community members, and customers.
• Act as the "face of Softr for Education" by conducting demos and partnering with strategic learning communities.
• Drive community engagement within the Discourse forum, implementing strategies like gamification and moderator programs.

Requirements

• Passion for No Code and a strong understanding of Softr and similar tools.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, including scripting and video production (SaaS experience preferred).
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Proven experience hosting online workshops and live events.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for tutorials and demos.
