Education Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, including application setup and instructional staff hiring
• Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, managing project timelines and execution
• Facilitate the admissions process, monitoring applicant pipelines and supporting enrollment
• Manage live, online training programs and ensure stakeholder engagement
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a small team of Operations Analysts
• Support client relationship management and address program enhancements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Operations, Curriculum, and Account Management teams
• Analyze program performance metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program management
• At least 1 year of experience in an educational or training institution
• Proven experience leading and managing teams
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom
• Ability to work hours aligned to East Coast time (9AM - 6PM ET)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus)
• Experience with data analysis, CRM, or Salesforce
• Experience with education-related software
