Education Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, including application setup and instructional staff hiring
• Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, managing project timelines and ensuring seamless execution
• Facilitate the admissions process, including applicant pipeline monitoring and marketing initiatives
• Manage instructional contractor screening and hiring for Teaching Assistants and Lead Instructors
• Monitor learner progress and provide support for instructors and stakeholders
• Manage and provide guidance to a small team of Operations Analysts
• Support the Senior Program Manager in cultivating client relationships and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with Business Operations, Curriculum, and Account Management teams
• Analyze program performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership

Requirements

• JLPT N2 (N1 preferred) certification or equivalent professional experience
• Mastery of Keigo (honorific Japanese) in spoken and written forms
• 3-5 years of experience in program management
• At least 1 year of experience in an educational or training institution
• Experience leading and managing teams
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Data analysis, CRM, or Salesforce
• Experience with education-related software
