Egyptian Arabic Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review transcriptions for language quality, grammar, spelling, and accuracy
• Assign tasks and oversee project progress to ensure timely completion
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality control issues following the QC workflow guide
• Answer language-specific questions from the transcription team
• Escalate unresolved quality issues to the Regional Lead
• Communicate clearly and promptly in English regarding project updates

Requirements

• Native or full proficiency in Arabic (Egyptian dialect/ISO:ar_eg)
• Strong working proficiency in English (assessment required)
• Sharp grammar, orthography, and punctuation skills (proficiency test required)
• Reliable internet connection and strong web research skills
• Ability to onboard within two weeks
• Responsive communicator with consistent email access

• Professional experience in linguistics, translation, transcription, or localization
