Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the Food Safety and Hygiene Management System (HACCP).
- Operate the system as an efficient, productive cost and service center.
- Ensure smooth operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, direct, and control kitchen operations and administration.
- Oversee planning, coordination, and administration in the receiving and HACCP office in line with SOPs and kitchen department policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- College or University Graduate in Food Safety
- Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive approach to safety management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
