Job description

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the Food Safety and Hygiene Management System (HACCP).
  • Operate the system as an efficient, productive cost and service center.
  • Ensure smooth operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control kitchen operations and administration.
  • Oversee planning, coordination, and administration in the receiving and HACCP office in line with SOPs and kitchen department policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • College or University Graduate in Food Safety
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive approach to safety management
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
