Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Design and analyze advanced electrical systems, circuits, and components
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to challenging electrical engineering problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new electrical engineering projects
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Occasionally travel to project sites within the UAE and neighboring countries as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
  • Strong expertise in power systems, control systems, and signal processing
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience with renewable energy systems
  • Knowledge of Arabic
