Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams of modelers for specific electrical BIM projects
- Mentor modelers on software usage, best practices, and technical standards
- Perform rigorous Quality Control within assigned electrical disciplines
- Detect missing information and manage the RFI/RFC process
- Execute high-level modeling tasks and develop excellent electrical models
- Coordinate the actions of modelers to ensure project alignment
Requirements
- Advanced English fluency (absolute requirement)
- Engineering degree
- 5+ years of BIM experience
- 5+ years of experience using Revit, Navisworks, RECAP, and Cloud Compare for electrical projects
- Proven experience in team management and client relations
- Extensive experience working with LOD 400
