Eligibility Associate Representative

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate operational activities to guarantee compliance with local Laws and Regulations
• Provide support and guidance to Regional and International teams on Middle East compliance queries
• Undertake compliance data gathering and validation activities
• Track and maintain data for performance review and reporting
• Maintain issue logs to identify process improvement opportunities
• Conduct periodic internal audits and help formulate compliance strategies
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and provide inter-department training
• Partner with regional sales and client management teams on regulatory matters
• Register benefit plans on government portals
• Support preparation and management of client and broker contracts
• Monitor and report adherence of compliance practices across the business
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
