Email Automation & QA Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assemble new email templates in Braze from Figma designs and approved copy
• Build, update, and maintain reusable content blocks and catalog entries
• Design and implement an AI-driven QA checklist to validate links, UTMs, Liquid variables, and localization
• Conduct end-to-end human QA including proofreading, rendering checks, and dynamic content verification
• Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows to convert designs into Braze content structures
• Manage content setup, dynamic content logic, and campaign/canvas builds in Braze
• Generate and validate campaign links and UTM tracking
• Troubleshoot and update HTML and Liquid code within existing email templates

Requirements

• Strong systems thinking and high attention to detail
• Practical experience building or operating automation (AI workflows, scripts, or no-code/low-code tools)
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email
• Experience with Liquid templating or similar dynamic content systems
• Understanding of production pipelines and operational rigor (documentation, naming conventions)
• Proactive communication and ownership of deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Braze or comparable lifecycle marketing platforms
• Experience with content catalog management and dynamic template logic
• Familiarity with UTM tracking and campaign attribution
• Experience with mobile deep linking platforms like Branch.io
• Experience with inbox testing tools and client rendering QA
• Experience working within a component-based design system
