Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy a high volume of email campaigns including promotional, informational, and lifecycle types
• Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery across teams
• Apply audience segmentation and list logic for targeted communications
• Execute and maintain email campaigns and workflows within HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Pull and maintain regular email performance reports covering open rates, click rates, and deliverability
• Monitor campaign performance and support A/B testing execution
• Edit email copy to maintain brand voice and messaging standards
• Serve as the primary email point of contact for cross-functional teams

Requirements

• More than two years of experience in HubSpot (Marketing Hub)
• More than two years of experience working in Asana
• Experience working in a remote-first environment
• Familiarity with campaign and segmentation management
• Meticulous attention to detail for high-volume email execution
• Must reside in one of the approved US states (AL, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI)

• Agency experience
• Copywriting experience
• Portfolio of work examples
