Email Marketing Specialist

About the Company

Netenders is a fast-growing international company operating in the global wholesale blank apparel and promotional products market, managing brands such as Wordans, Needen, Ntextil, and Egotier.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
• Support email content creation including layout, subject lines, and basic copy
• Contribute to customer journey development such as welcome, abandoned cart, and winback flows
• Assist with segmentation, targeting, and personalization
• Support CRM performance improvement through A/B testing
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and performance teams
• Support with Figma or Canva assets and push notification campaigns
• Adapt campaigns to different brands, countries, and customer segments

Requirements

• Proven experience with Klaviyo and CRM/email marketing
• Understanding of automated flows, segmentation, and customer journeys
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email creation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously as a freelancer
• Fluency in French, German, or Italian is preferred
• English fluency required for internal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma, Canva, or AI tools
• Experience with SMS, WhatsApp, or push notification campaigns
• Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or multi-market environments
