Email & SMS Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, QA, and send email and SMS campaigns, including managing recurring daily newsletters
• Design and implement lifecycle programs such as welcome series, post-purchase, and re-engagement journeys
• Build and launch new newsletters from scratch using beehiiv or CleverTap
• Manage contact imports, tagging, segmentation, list hygiene, and domain reputation health
• Integrate AI for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimization to scale production

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, preferably in finance, gaming, or consumer products
• AI-native approach to automating workflows and scaling newsletter sends
• Hands-on experience designing automated flows and trigger logic
• Ability to pull and interpret performance data independently
• Strong organizational skills and reliability to meet daily send windows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CleverTap, beehiiv, or comparable enterprise platforms
• Proven track record of starting and growing an email newsletter from scratch
• Experience in email/SMS monetization or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in warming up email domains and managing deliverability at scale
• Design background or hands-on design ability
