Responsibilities

Benefits

• Manage benefit programs (health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, workers comp, travel/accident, retirement and others, including new plan implementation and contracting)
• Drive pre-renewal activities with benefit brokers/vendors across the region
• Maintain day-to-day vendor relationships
• Proactively identify program improvement opportunities
• Lead annual benefits enrollment process (system configuration, communication, updates, cross-functional alignment)
• Collaborate with Finance/Payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments and reconciliations
• Support new country expansion activities
• Support People Experience team with benefit escalations and data audits

Compensation

• Own market pricing and benchmarking activities
• Make compensation recommendations in line with company guidelines
• Support annual compensation cycle
• Assist with pay gap reporting and pay transparency activities

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years compensation and benefits experience in a multi-country/global environment
• Strong analytical skills (align critical priorities with business goals)
• Excellent project management and organizational ability in large organizations
• Strong verbal and written communication, including executive presentations
• Proven ability to foster strong internal/external partnerships
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Suite
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday)

• Track record of program improvement and successful benefits implementation across multiple countries
