Job description
Responsibilities
- Participate in a rotational program across People (HR), Finance, Admin & Operations, and Technology & Innovation.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking and basic financial analysis.
- Coordinate processes, systems and operational projects to improve efficiency.
- Work on automation, digital tools and data initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with department heads and contribute to live projects.
