Job description

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a rotational program across People (HR), Finance, Admin & Operations, and Technology & Innovation.
  • Support onboarding, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking and basic financial analysis.
  • Coordinate processes, systems and operational projects to improve efficiency.
  • Work on automation, digital tools and data initiatives to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with department heads and contribute to live projects.
