Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in a rotational program across People (HR), Finance, Admin & Operations, and Technology & Innovation.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking and basic financial analysis.
- Coordinate administrative processes and operational projects to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to automation, digital tools and data initiatives; help test and implement system improvements.
- Work closely with department heads on live projects and present findings or updates.
Requirements
- UAE National
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field
- Recent graduate or early-career professional
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable with numbers and working with people
- Tech-savvy and curious about systems and data
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in HR, finance, operations or tech
- Familiarity with basic budgeting or reporting tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across teams
- Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving mindset
