Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a rotational program across People (HR), Finance, Admin & Operations, and Technology & Innovation.
  • Support onboarding, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking and basic financial analysis.
  • Coordinate administrative processes and operational projects to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to automation, digital tools and data initiatives; help test and implement system improvements.
  • Work closely with department heads on live projects and present findings or updates.

Requirements

  • UAE National
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable with numbers and working with people
  • Tech-savvy and curious about systems and data
  • Positive, proactive and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or project experience in HR, finance, operations or tech
  • Familiarity with basic budgeting or reporting tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving mindset
