Emiratisation Graduate Training Programme

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured graduate rotation across departments (Sales, Lettings, Commercial, Developer Sales, HR, Marketing).
• Support agents with client communication, property viewings and follow-ups.
• Assist marketing and administrative teams with listings, CRM updates and campaign activities.
• Shadow experienced staff, attend training sessions and complete assigned learning modules.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare documentation and contribute to team meetings.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

• UAE National with family book.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
• Proactive, customer-focused and eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work across Dubai offices and attend in-person sessions when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior sales, customer service or real estate exposure an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
