Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tailored career development programs
  • Foster team connections through engagement initiatives and mentorship programs
  • Conduct quarterly one-on-one meetings to understand employee goals
  • Refine onboarding processes for new hires
  • Develop feedback mechanisms and track engagement KPIs
  • Partner with the VP of People and Culture to align development with strategic goals
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, interviewing, and hiring processes

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement and learning & development
  • Experience in an IT or MSP environment is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Active listening skills
