Job description
Responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored career development programs
- Foster team connections through engagement initiatives and mentorship programs
- Conduct quarterly one-on-one meetings to understand employee goals
- Refine onboarding processes for new hires
- Develop feedback mechanisms and track engagement KPIs
- Partner with the VP of People and Culture to align development with strategic goals
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, interviewing, and hiring processes
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement and learning & development
- Experience in an IT or MSP environment is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Active listening skills
