Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations across multiple business groups to resolve issues and grievances
  • Conduct thorough and timely workplace investigations in accordance with company methodology and laws
  • Maintain the company's employee case management system with detailed documentation
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to highlight key employee relations trends
  • Partner with People Business Partners and Legal teams to implement solutions
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions and lead company-wide projects to improve partner experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Typically 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Action-oriented approach with compassion
