Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the People Team on all aspects of employment law, including hiring, performance management, and terminations
• Provide proactive counsel on employment law compliance, specifically regarding non-exempt employee populations
• Support internal investigations, policy development, and employment documentation
• Provide broad legal support across the business, including regulatory investigations, privacy, information security, and litigation support
• Perform contract reviews and translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance for business stakeholders

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of legal experience
• Significant employment law counseling experience
• At least one prior in-house legal role
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and a commitment to leveraging technology for legal work
