EMR Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EMR Success team, including coaching EMR Integration Specialists
• Create operating rhythms for intake, prioritization, escalation, and customer communications
• Drive customer success for EMR integrations through implementation planning and cross-functional coordination
• Oversee workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training, and go-live support
• Act as the technical point for triage and escalation of integration issues
• Partner with internal technical teams to unblock dependencies and drive resolution
• Develop scalable processes and documented playbooks for implementation and support
• Build metrics and reporting around customer health, SLA performance, and recurring issue themes
• Serve as a liaison across Sales and external stakeholders to improve onboarding and customer experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in EMR integrations, interoperability, healthcare IT, or lab systems
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and scaling cross-functional programs
• Experience leading a customer-facing technical or support team
• Strong background in healthcare integration and program delivery
• Proven project or program management experience
• Strong technical aptitude for driving issue triage in ambiguous situations
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Product teams on integration tooling and automation
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare privacy/security requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
