Enablement Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Maintain project hygiene including action logs, milestones, RAID logs, and status updates
• Document current-state banking operations processes through stakeholder interviews and walkthroughs
• Support process improvement by mapping workflows and identifying bottlenecks
• Assist with implementation readiness, UAT coordination, and cutover planning
• Create and update SOPs, runbooks, job aids, and playbooks for Banking Operations
• Track decisions and follow-ups across Operations, Product, Engineering, and FinOps partners
• Support partner launches, remediation workstreams, and payments operational changes
• Contribute to audit and exam readiness by organizing evidence and mapping controls

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, banking operations support, process improvement, or project coordination
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Notion or similar project management tools
• Clear written communication skills for technical documentation
• Ability to work standard Pacific Time business hours (8 AM – 5 PM PT)
