Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Run client engagements end-to-end, including building workplans, structuring workstreams, and tracking delivery against milestones.
• Lead product implementations by scoping customization, driving user adoption, and ensuring platform benefits land within client operations.
• Act as a design partner to co-build new capabilities, translating client domain expertise into requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Embed with client domain experts to understand complex problems and identify where agentic AI can provide the most value.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and client operating teams to translate strategy into delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, a deployment-strategist role at an enterprise software/AI company, or a comparable operational engagement role.
• Structured problem-solving skills in the MBB/Tier-1 consulting tradition to break down ambiguous problems.
• Proven track record of managing complex engagements, timelines, and stakeholders with high autonomy.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach to work, including performing analysis, writing documentation, and running workshops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with both engineers and executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale program management.
• Background at an MBB, Big 4 strategy/tech firm, or a similar Tier-1 advisory firm.
• Exposure to implementing or delivering enterprise software or AI products.
• Existing network in the UAE/GCC region or proficiency in Arabic.
