Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale marketing and creative operations transformations using generative AI solutions
• Develop deep partnerships with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and Creative Directors
• Formulate comprehensive GenAI and digital content transformation strategies
• Lead discovery workshops to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven content creation
• Collaborate with engineers to build detailed requirements for customer-specific implementations
• Guide solution configuration and deployment across platforms like Salesforce and Adobe Experience Cloud
• Drive product adoption through hands-on enablement and best practice sharing
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap priorities

Requirements

• 4-10+ years in business consulting, digital strategy, enterprise software, or marketing technology
• Proven track record leading digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients
• Deep understanding of marketing operations and creative workflows
• Practical understanding of generative AI capabilities and enterprise requirements
• Working knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, and modern software delivery models
• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks (CMS, DAM, marketing automation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations
