Engineering Excellence Intern

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation
• Gather and document requirements for new or revised metrics
• Contribute to the development and testing of new or revised metrics
• Prepare and present training materials for metrics
• Validate existing metrics weekly to ensure accuracy
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and issues
• Participate in meetings with engineering leaders regarding reports and metric values

Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
• Overall GPA of 3.5 (3.7 preferred in major)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to client or corporate office locations as needed
