Engineering Lead: High Frequency Trading (HFT) Options (C++ OR Rust)

Responsibilities

• Leading the Options HFT engineering team.
• Driving continuous improvements.
• Supporting the trading infrastructure.

Requirements

• Backend development experience.
• Extensive HFT options trading experience.
• Proficiency in Rust, Node.js, and Python, or willingness to learn Rust.
• Open to candidates from C++/C backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert in High Frequency Options Trading systems (7+ years experience).
• Very strong experience with either Rust and/or C/C++.
• Experience with SQL databases, functional and component testing.
• Previous experience with crypto exchange connectivity and/or FPGA technologies.
• Strong knowledge of gRPC and interaction with Node.js.
