Responsibilities

• Translate strategic company objectives into clear and actionable goals for the team
• Monitor trends and continuous improvement opportunities to align with business needs
• Lead complex projects, tracking success metrics and removing impediments
• Review and optimize workflows to increase team productivity
• Ensure continuous alignment with Product Managers, Designers, and other interface areas
• Plan and manage team resource allocation, balancing workload and individual competencies

Requirements

• Previous experience in technical leadership of software engineering teams
• Experience with agile methodologies and software development best practices
• Knowledge of scalability strategies and long-term impact
