Engineering Manager, Care Platform

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead one or more engineering teams focused on critical areas of the virtual care platform
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to define long-term vision and roadmap
• Guide technical strategy and architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and progress
• Hire and develop engineering talent while promoting an inclusive and accountable team culture
• Partner across the organization to influence product direction, resourcing, and prioritization
• Improve engineering processes, quality, and reliability

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Proven experience leading multiple teams or company-level initiatives
• Strategic and systems-level thinking with the ability to align technical strategy with business goals
• Technical depth in architecture and implementation, including the ability to evaluate trade-offs
• Experience leading teams through ambiguous problem spaces to deliver high-quality products
