Engineering Manager for IAM

Responsibilities

• Build high-performing Go and Python services and secure identity and access management solutions
• Define the technical vision for products in collaboration with product management
• Manage the team backlog, review code, and coach team members
• Design software, write high-quality code and tests, and provide documentation
• Troubleshoot issues and work with upstream open source projects

Requirements

• Proven experience hiring and leading high-performance software engineering teams
• Experience with Go and Python software development
• Ability to design and implement complex, distributed systems
• Experience working with container technology and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of software/infrastructure security and performance
• Experience designing and/or operating large scale distributed systems
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience
• Professional written and spoken English
• Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events

• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) technologies and standards
