Form Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering multi-disciplinary evidence-based obesity treatment through telemedicine. Founded in 2019, Form Health is a venture-backed innovative startup dedicated to empowering patients and leading in the field of Obesity Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a small team of engineers delivering clinical, operational, and patient-facing systems
• Guide architectural decisions across backend services, workflows, and mobile/web experiences
• Drive an agentic, AI-native approach to software development using tools like Claude Code
• Champion small-batch, continuous delivery, feature flags, and tight feedback loops
• Partner with product, design, clinical, and operations leaders to define roadmaps
• Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and HIPAA-compliant

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Prior experience as a senior or staff-level engineer
• Proven track record of leading delivery of complex production systems
• Hands-on fluency with agentic, AI-native software development practices
• Strong understanding of continuous delivery and operational excellence
• Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, clinical systems, or consumer health
• Experience with regulated domains or HIPAA compliance
• Experience with mobile applications and workflow tooling
